Anise biscuits and honey

Ingredients:

2 cups flour .

3 teaspoons baking powder .

1/2 teaspoon of salt .


6 teaspoons butter at room temperature .

3 teaspoons seeds forget .

3/4 cup skim milk .

3 teaspoons honey white .

Way :


    Heat oven at medium temperature .


    Spread baking paper on an oven tray .


    In a deep bowl mix flour, baking powder , and salt well .


    Perineum using electric or manually mix the butter with the flour until the ingredients completely in harmony .


    Add the anise seeds to the mixture , stirring well with the former .


    Add milk and honey gradually to the mixture , and knead by hand until dough hold together .


    Sprinkle the amount of flour on the surface of fixed and singled out the dough so that it is about 1.5 cm thick and cut into squares with a knife or using a biscuit cutter to various forms as desired .


    Lay the biscuits on the baking tray , leaving space between the pieces so as not to stick during baking .


    Bake the biscuits for 10-12 minutes or until golden in color .


    Offers biscuit meal nutritious breakfast for children or as a snack between meals .
