Shrimp Pasta for Weight loss

- Ingredients:

 
- Malguetan 2 tablespoons olive oil .
 - 3 tbsp lemon juice .
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin .
 - A pinch of salt .
 - 750 g shrimp , peeled and cleaned .  - 500 g package spaghetti .
 - 2 chicken stock cube .
 - Water to cook the pasta according to your need .




 - To prepare the pesto sauce :

 
- 1/2 cup ground almonds .
 - 2 garlic cloves , crushed .
 - 1/2 cup olive oil .
 - 1/2 cup fresh basil , chopped coarsely chopped .
 - 1/2 cup fresh parsley , chopped coarsely chopped .
 - 1/2 cup fresh mint clip .
 - 1/4 cup green pepper, hot clip .


 - Mode of action :



 - In a bowl , combine shrimp with olive oil , lemon juice , cumin , salt and Akhltém well and lightly Leave Aaldjembry soaked for 10 minutes .


 - In a pan , Achoy shrimp for 2-3 minutes each side (depending on size) and set aside .


 - Boil the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water and cured according to the instructions on the package. Descriptive pasta and leave aside.

 - The way the pesto : Mix the ground almonds with garlic and olive oil in a blender until the mixture becomes coarse .


 - Add the basil , parsley , mint and pepper and mix the ingredients again.
