Fried apple rings

Ingredients:



4 large apples beads.

1 cup flour.

1/2 tbsp baking powder.

2 large sugar spoon.

1/4 teaspoon salt.

A pinch of cinnamon.

1 cup of milk.

1 egg.

Prolific oil for frying.

To provide:

1/3 cup sugar.

2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.


Way:

     In a deep bowl mixed flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon and workshop.

     In another pot batters eggs with the milk well.

     Cut apples into slices, biscuit cutter used for workshops of apples and remove the inner part.

     Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat, and mix flour mixed with eggs and milk, stirring to prevent the formation of clumps.

     Dip the apple rings in the milk and flour mixture, and fry in hot oil until golden gaining distinctive color.

     Apple rings flying on paper towels for a few seconds, and then covered with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon on both sides.

     Arrange apple rings in a serving dish and offer hot.
